HSHS St. Joseph Hospital Breese issued the following announcement on Mar. 17.
The HSHS St. Joseph’s Foundation recently received a donation of gas cards for the hospital’s Cancer Care Closet from The Healthcare Foundation. The cards are used to help support local cancer patients in need of assistance with travel expenses for treatments. Shown accepting the donation is Cancer Care Closet Coordinator Megan Korte.
The Healthcare Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that assists the medical needs of residents in Clinton, Marion, Jefferson and Washington County.
