3. Consider a Motion to Recommend Approval of Payment of TRIA Architecture’s Invoices No. 3619 and No.3620 for Heritage Park Design Services, in the amount of $5,712.37.

1. Consider for Approval a Proclamation for Arbor Day.

2. Consider a Motion to Appoint Trustee Beth Rodgers as Mayor Pro Tem.

3. Consider a Motion to Enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Homer Township Road District for the Performance of 159th Street Landscaping Maintenance and Other Services.

4. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 21-018, an Ordinance approving [1] Rezoning the subject property from C-3 General Business District to I-1 Industrial, and [2] a Special Use Permit to allow repair, maintenance, and storage of truck tractors and trailers for certain real property located at 15761 S. Annico Drive, Units A and B, Homer Glen, Illinois.

5. Consider for Approval of Addendum No.1, for Construction Engineering Services, for the 2019 Drainage Improvement Program, in the not to exceed amount of $18,048.00.

6. Consider a Motion to Approve Addendum No.2 for the 151st Street Widening Project, Between Cedar Road and Bell Road, in the amount of $25,897.84.

7. Consider a Motion to Approve the Lowest Public Bid Proposal from Lyons Pinner Electric for Street Light Maintenance within the Village of Homer Glen, in the Amount of $34,860.00 per year.

8. Consider a Motion to Approve the proposal from TKB Associates for Laserfiche Government Document Management Software for the Village of Homer Glen, in the Amount of $17,292.50 for the first year, and a renewal rate of $13,420 per year.

9. Consider a Motion to Approve a Lease Agreement with Peterson Properties for the Village’s EMA and Cold Storage Rental Space at 15757 Annico Dr. Unit #3, Homer Glen, IL.

10. Consider a Motion to Approve a Lease Agreement with Peterson Properties for Extra Storage for EMA, Special Events and Parks Equipment at 15757 Annico Dr. Unit #4, Homer Glen, IL.

11. Consider for Approval a Motion Accepting the Bid Proposal from Austin Tyler Construction for the Heritage Park cul-de-sac project in the amount of $1,087,281 for the base bid plus Alternate 1 at $85,900 for a total of $1,173,181.37.

12. Consider a Motion to Approve a Proposal from Flock Safety for ten license plate cameras, solar power, wireless network, installation, poles, and cloud hosting in the amount of $27,500.00 and the annual subscription of $25,000.00 starting in 2022.
