1. ***A motion to accept the minutes from the May 20, 2021 meeting.

2. ** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City's general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll.

1. Ambulance � Woodrow Street � A motion to approve the remount of Ambulance 816, a 2011 Trauma Hawk Type I Box on to a 2022 Ford F550 4 by 4, 6.7 Scorpion by American Response Vehicles, the original manufacturer in Columbia, MO at a cost not to exceed $163,173 and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract and the City Clerk to make payment upon successful delivery.

2. Ambulance � Woodrow Street � A motion to approve the purchase of a LIFEPAK 15 V4 Monitor/Defibrillator from Stryker Medical at a cost of $28,325.19 and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract and the City Clerk to make payment upon successful delivery.

3. Administration � Woodrow Street � A motion to approve an ordinance adopting the City of Litchfield Comprehensive Plan including the Land Use Map.

4. Streets � Kassidy Paine � A motion to approve pay request #5 from Gelly Excavating and Construction, Inc., in the amount of $25,000 for work completed on the South Side Ditch Project and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check contingent on the Engineer's final approval.
