1. ***A motion to accept the minutes from the June 3, 2021 meeting.

2. ** to be passed only at the first monthly City Council meeting. A motion to direct the City Clerk to transfer funds from the city sales tax to the City’s general fund to issue checks and authorize to pay the bills and process payroll.

1. Police – Tim Wright – A motion to approve the repair of a 2014 Ford Interceptor police squad car by Chuck’s Body Shop for $4,263.81 and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check upon request.

2. Police – Tim Wright – A motion to approve the purchase of an Accurate ID Live scan system from iTouch Biometrics for $16,650 and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check.

3. Streets – Kassidy Paine – A motion to approve pay request #1 from Rooters Asphalt, Inc, in the amount of $190,883.61 for4 work performed on State Street and authorize the City Clerk to issue a check contingent upon Engineer’s approval.

Executive Session

A Motion to Enter into Executive Session, as allowed under the Illinois Open Meetings Act, as found in Chapter 5 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, Section 120, to address these certain and restricted items:

1. “The setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the public body.” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(6)

2. “The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body…” (5ILCS 120/2(2)(C)(1).
