Rising home prices in Niantic in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Niantic rose by $54,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,450 - a 123.5% increase over the $44,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Niantic in July 2020.
