The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,432.80, 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Breese in August 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 324 N. Walnut St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Terri L. Alvers, 62, and Jerry Lee O'Byrne.
