On Aug. 27, Clinton County Land Development sold their property at 906 Anna Rose Court, Germantown to D & T Builders LLC for $30,000.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Germantown as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 906 Anna Rose Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrea R. Toennies, 39, and Kyle D. Toennies, 39.
