Purpose of this Public Hearing- To report outcomes and provide interested parties an opportunity to express their views on the program activities and performance of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Downstate Small Business Stabilization (DSBS) grants funded through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. The total amount of funds awarded to address the needs of the businesses due to the COVID-19 emergency was $50,000.00; and was used to assist the following businesses with working capital needs: RAIL Coffee Room and Hollywood Hair.
