8 Agape Lane, Centralia purchased by Brooke and Daniel Williams

On Oct. 25, Brooke and Daniel Williams purchased a home at 8 Agape Lane, Centralia from Jordan T. and Trisha L. Niepoetter and Trisha L. White (formerly known as) for $260,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,042.80, 2.32% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $190,000 on Nov. 2, 2017.

So far in October 2021, 18 properties sold in Centralia.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Trisha Niepoetter has been registered to vote since 2018. Jordan T. Niepoetter has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 8 Agape Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Dustin Edward Veltman, 43, Trisha Niepoetter, D. Marrion McCaskey, 88, and Jordan T. Niepoetter, 24.
