On Oct. 22, Joseph A. Miller purchased a home at 145 E. Marvin, Central City from Aron D. and Julie A. Miller for $30,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $361.90, 1.21% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, this is the only property that sold in Central City as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Aron D. Miller has been registered to vote since 2000 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries. Julie A. Miller has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including seven Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
