On March 31, Betty L. Richardson sold their home at 303 S. Eighth, Girard to Melissa Sue Calloway for $123,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $802.60, 0.65% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Girard as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Betty L. Richardson has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and three Republican Primaries.
