On Dec. 18, Mary Lacombe purchased a home at 706 E. Chestnut, Gillespie from Linda L Koehne for $27,500.

This home last sold on Oct. 3, 2006 for $30,000.

This property is one of two sales so far in Gillespie in December 2020.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Linda Louise Koehne (69) has been registered to vote since 2007 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries and four Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
