On Oct. 21, Donald and Mary L. Olsson sold their home at 1103 Pine St., New Baden to Zachary Malinowski for $195,000.

This home last sold for $140,000 on Dec. 4, 2012.

This property is the only sale in New Baden so far in October 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary L. Olsson has been registered to vote since 2007. Donald R. Olsson has been registered to vote since 2007.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
