On Sept. 14, Mallory Kitchen|| Darold Gipson purchased a home at 713 N. Spruce St., Nokomis from Pamela G. Batty for $82,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,327.34, 1.62% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in Nokomis.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Pamela G. Batty has been registered to vote since 1989 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 713 N. Spruce St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Robert G. Batty, 66, and Pamela G. Batty, 61.
