On Sept. 1, Gary W. Nancy S. Wemple purchased a home at 418 Lincoln, Nokomis from The Joint Bauer Family Trust for $100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,573.92, 1.57% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, two properties sold in Nokomis.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Betty J. Bauer, 93, was the only registered voter residing at 418 Lincoln as of Oct. 10, 2020.
