On June 1, Austin Cherry purchased a home at 108 Monroe, Nokomis from Brent Becker for $45,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,078.96, 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Nokomis in June 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Deeann K Voudrie, 59, was the only registered voter residing at 108 Monroe as of Oct. 10, 2020.
