The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,020.62, 1.96% of the sale price of the home.

So far in May 2021, this is the only property that sold in Coalton as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 221 E. Washington Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jeffrey Clay Siler, 57, Helen a Siler, 56, and Thomas Christopher Siler, 25.
