On Sept. 30, John D. and Martha Meiners sold their property at 513 W. Franklin St., Nokomis to Aumann Enterprises LLC for $7,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $204.76, 2.93% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2020, this is the only property that sold in Nokomis as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Martha Meiners has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show. John Meiners has been registered to vote since 1960 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
