Farmersville home prices fell in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Farmersville fell by $90,900 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $34,900 - a 72.3% decrease over the $125,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Farmersville in the second quarter of 2020.
