Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

I. CALL TO ORDER

PRESENT: Thomas, Pomatto (Remote), Acord, Dunnagan, Ibberson, Kiel, Duncan, Coe

ABSENT: Vojas

II. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. Resolve into Executive Session

Motion by Dunnagan, seconded by Acord to resolve into executive session at 5:01 pm.

RESULT: RESOLVE INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION [UNANIMOUS]

MOVER: Kristi Dunnagan, Member

SECONDER: Matthew Acord, Member

AYES: Thomas, Acord, Dunnagan, Ibberson, Kiel

ABSENT: Pomatto, Vojas

2. Personnel - GIS Manager Contract

3. Arise to executive session

Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Kiel to arise from executive session at 5:33 pm.

RESULT: ARISE FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION [UNANIMOUS]

MOVER: Jim Ibberson, Member

SECONDER: Bernie Kiel, Member

AYES: Thomas, Acord, Dunnagan, Ibberson, Kiel

ABSENT: Pomatto, Vojas

4. GIS Manager Contract

Motion by Dunnagan, seconded by Acord to approve the renewal of the contract, pending State's Attorney review, at the same salary terms of the AFSCME

contract and getting the enterprise zone administrator stipend of $1,500 at his anniversary date.

1. Broadband Discussion and Funding Opportunities

Motion by Acord, seconded by Kiel to table the subject.

RESULT: TABLED [UNANIMOUS]

ABSENT: Vojas

2. Private Sewage Disposal System Ordinance

Kristen Crabill and Derrek TIburzi spoke about the amendments on private sewage disposal system. Currently the subsurface discharge systems are the only ones allowed under the ordinance. This amendment would allow for surface discharge systems following some strict guidelines and sampling requirements.

This would actually be a cheaper option than the subsurface system in some cases which is part of why they would like to do the amendment.

Motion by Kiel, seconded by Ibberson to recommend the ordinance amendment.

RESULT: MOTION TO RECOMMEND [UNANIMOUS]
