1. Approval of October 21st and November 18th, 2021 minutes M; Etheridge 2nd: James
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Request from Kelly Fox to operate a business at 806 S Poplar. in the City of Centralia, IL., Marion County: Restaurant or Café - Will move shed from current location and place it on the south side of building, will be turning the empty lot into parking. Not sure currently what type of food he’ll offer, he is throwing around a couple of options. One is smash burgers, but whatever it is it will be good and done right, like his other businesses.

2. Request from Artic Cow to operate a business 705 S Poplar in the City of Centralia, IL., Marion County. Restaurant of Café – Hand dipped artisan ice cream and will have food with both indoo and outdoor seating. Drive thru will come in off of the alley, going around the north end of building with more than the required five car queue.
