 1. Approval of March 17, 2022 minutes M: Chaney 2nd: James

NEW BUSINESS: 

1. Discussion - Special use Permit to operate a business at 806 S Poplar. Owner and his attorney have agreed, in writing, that no Infused items would be sold from this restaurant and that the owner did not have an infuser’s license from the State of Il.

2. Request from Shores Properties, LLC Series II for a Revision of the Special Use Permit obtained on November 18, 2021, to operate a business at 325 S Poplar St., in the City of Centralia, IL., Marion County M: Feig 2nd: Ackerman Passed

3. Request from the Planning & Zoning Administrator to seek an addition to the list of Special Uses Permitted in the Centralia Zoning and Subdivision Code 10-2-3-109 (B-3 Highway/Arterial Business District) to include: Research Laboratories and Facilities. M: Williams 2nd: James Passed

4. Request from Parker Timmons to Operate a business at Parcel: 15-14-12-459-006 in the City of Centralia, IL., Clinton County. M: Williams 2nd: Ackerman

OLD BUSINESS: Discussion of the former tire shop located in a residential area at 600 S Elm Discussion of portable buildings that look as if people might be living in them.
