NEW BUSINESS:
1. Request from Nancy Clark to obtain a Special Use Permit for a Modular Home at 721 S Locust in the City of Centralia, IL., Marion County – Mrs. Clark owned a home that was destroyed by fire. She has demolished the property and purchased the lot South of hers. She has also had that property demolished and now wishes to purchase a Modular Home that will be located on the two lots.
