3. Motion to approve boat dock permit for David Durflinger at Lake Lot A18.

4. Motion to reject bids on 9th Street FAU Project.

ADMINISTRATION: (FINANCE, PERSONNEL, LEGAL AND INSURANCE)

1. Motion to award bid for interior asbestos removal of 412 S Poplar and 610 E 1st Street to AC Environmental in the amount of $13,433.

2. Motion to allow Craig Antenna Service to replace the warning siren at Washington School in the amount of $23,384 with ARPA funds being used.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT: (ZONING, PARK & POOL, COMM. DEVELOPMENT, LIBRARY)

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TAX INCREMENT FINANCING: (Economic Development & Tax Increment Financing) 

1. Motion to allow Moran Economic Development to do a pre-eligibility study for the TIF District at Pana Lake not to exceed $8900 in cost.
