First half of 2022: Home prices in Walnut Hill fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Walnut Hill fell by $120,500 while total sales increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 52.5 percent decrease from the $229,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Walnut Hill in the first half of 2021.
