HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital Breese in partnership with HSHS Medical Group have begun remodeling the Clinton County Rural Health Clinic, located at 14509 State Route 127 in Carlyle. Upon completion of this project, this clinic will reopen as a primary care provider office.
“We are excited to be opening this location with a newly renovated space to meet the needs of our community,” shared Brenda Kuhl, practice manager for Clinton County Rural Health. “We are planning to open in December 2022.”
More details will be shared closer to the opening of this clinic.
