Of the 1,279 citizens living in Germantown in 2020, 978 were old enough to vote as of March 24, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 493 of those people were female and 485 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
