Bond County Consolidated Election Day is four weeks away, on April 4

Bond County municipal officials, including mayors, village board members and school board members, are on the ballot on April 4, the first Tuesday in April.

A total of 97 candidates will compete for 32 municipal offices, including 17 contests for city and village, one for park, fire and library boards and 14 for school boards.

There are no voter referendums on the April 4 ballot.

In 2021, the last Bond County Consolidated Election, it had 10,793 registered voters and 2,678 cast ballots, or 24.81 percent.

In the 2019 Bond County Consolidated Election, it had 11,286 registered voters and 977 cast ballots, or 8.66 percent.
