City of Assumption Streets Committee met May 10.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Chairman Sullivan at City Hall.
Streets Committee members present were Chairman Sullivan, Reed and Smith. Also present was Street Supt Darin Damery and City Clerk Janet Waller.
Mayor Derek Page and Treasurer Palmer were absent.
Alderperson Smith made a motion to approve the Streets Committee Meeting minutes of April 13, 2023 seconded by Reed.
Under Old Business:
New Business
Dumpsters will be June 2 and 3rd. The rules for dumpster days were reviewed.
The committee discussed hiring for summer help.
Pretreating basins for mosquitoes will be done soon.
Work continues on limb pickup.
Alderperson Reed made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:37 pm.
