The boom mower and lighting upgrade are alternate projects proposed in lieu of the purchase of a new road grader and to allow for the extra cost of the tandem trucks. The pickup trucks were scheduled to be delivered in June but Morrow Brothers Ford does not have a delivery date yet.

2. Update on Polk Township

The committee discussed the situation in Polk Road District where a few of the residents are not happy with the job the Road Commissioner is doing. Petitions were submitted to the County Engineer. In accordance with statute, Reinhart had a hearing on the issue with the assistance the States Attorney on June 26th. His decision will be forthcoming.

3. Update on Projects

The Committee briefly discussed current and future projects. The installation of the Staunton-Bunker Hill culvert was also discussed.
