3. Courthouse HVAC Upgrade Project Update

Starr said he had passed out a possible schedule for the Courthouse HVAC project from Keith Engineering, the consultanting engineer. The proposed completion date is January 2025.

The more pressing issue would be the chiller had two repairs made to it recently and the Sheriff wasn't sure if the chiller would make it another year. The problem we were facing was the requirements for the new system are still being put together so they can't buy one at this point. But once we did get the requirements, unless there is one on the shelf, there is about 30-48 week lead time to get the new chiller assembled.
