I. CALL TO ORDER
PRESENT: Trevino, Dunnagan, Stayton, Adden, Ibberson, Kilduff, Duncan, Stoecker
ABSENT: Kiel
II. AGENDA ITEMS
1. Approve Draft Agenda for January Full Board Meeting
Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Stayton to approve the draft agenda.
RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

2. Non-Union Employee Time Sheets
Motion by Stayton, seconded by Ibberson to approve the timesheets.

3. Ad Hoc Committee on Community Police Presence
Stayton said he was looking to get a recommendation for who should be on the committee. He listed the following individuals.

Dunnagan asked if Jared DePoppe had been asked to serve. He had not, but Stayton said he would reach out to him and see if he was interested before Tuesday's meeting.
Motion by Kilduff, seconded by Ibberson to recommend the list of appointees with the possibility of DePoppe being added.

4. Update on Election Alliance work and Voting Center
Duncan said that the State Board was reviewing the Election Judge manual he had worked on using the formatting template provided by the Alliance partners for testing. He hoped to share the full copy of it by the end of the month for the committee to see. He also updated that the Voting Center should be complete in time for the Primary voting that will start on February 8th. There had been a slight delay as they did some work in the basement to better waterproof the building but they were nearing completion
5. Public Transportation Update
No one was present from Public Health to discuss the transportation program.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Kilduff to adjourn at 5:36 pm. All in favor. Motion carried.
