Macoupin County Board General Administrative Committee met Feb. 8.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

I. CALL TO ORDER

PRESENT: Trevino, Dunnagan, Adden, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff, Duncan

ABSENT: Stayton

II. AGENDA ITEMS

1. Approve Draft Agenda for February Full Board Meeting

Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Kilduff to approve the draft agenda as amended.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

MOVER: Jim Ibberson, Member

SECONDER: Ryan Kilduff, Member

AYES: Trevino, Dunnagan, Adden, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff

ABSENT: Stayton

2. Non-Union Employee Time Sheets

Duncan said he did not have the GIS Manager's timesheet but he would bring it to the next meeting.

Motion by Ibberson, seconded by Adden to approve the non-union timesheets.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

MOVER: Jim Ibberson, Member

SECONDER: Ross Adden, Board Member

AYES: Trevino, Dunnagan, Adden, Ibberson, Kiel, Kilduff

ABSENT: Stayton

3. ITV Ordinance

Stayton was unable to call in so the topic was not discussed.

4. Update on Voting Center

Duncan said that the voting center was now complete and today was the first day to vote at it. He would prepare a detailed list of what the grant money had been spent on for next month. Nearly all of the grant had been spent but there are a few projects left he is hoping to do with the remaining money. He was hoping to get the committee over to see the building soon.

5. Public Transportation Update

Public Health was not present.

6. March 7th General Admin Meeting Time Changing to 5:00 pm Due to Election Judge Training

Dunnagan said that Duncan had asked that the March 7th meeting time be changed to 5:00 pm due to having an election judge training in the Board room at 6:00 pm that night. Duncan invited the committee members to attend if they would like.

III. ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Kilduff, seconded by Adden to adjourn at 5:27 pm. All in favor. Motion carried.
