3. Update on Voting Center and Election Alliance Work

Duncan said the voting center was basically completed and he provided the committee a list of the expenses so far. There were a few more things they needed to do.

He said they had done their first training with the new training material and had gotten good compliments on it.

He was hoping next month there would be a video showing the before and after of the things at the Courthouse compared to the Voting Center which he hoped to show next month. He felt this would really show why it was worth while to complete this project.

Duncan said the next thing they were working on was trying to come up with some system to help allow all of his staff to easily track tasks or issues between the two locations.

4. Possible UTV Ordinance for Unincorporated Areas

Stayton said he had taken about 10 different county ordinance on this subject and created a draft that he had submitted to the State's Attorney Garrison to review. Once he's reviewed it, he would bring it to the committee to review and offer suggestions. He hoped to have it for next month's meeting.

5. Public Transportation Update

Tiburzi discussed the packet he had emailed out. The revenue is trending in the right direction and the ridership is increasing month to month in January February. He also emailed out a packet showing what happened in the six months at the end of 2023 and what it compared to the 12 month periods from 2018 thru 2022.
