3. Motion to approve the purchase of a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 from Landmark of Taylorville in the amount of $27,703.03 plus fees to be reimbursed from the Disaster Grand Fund.

4. Motion to approve the purchase of three new fire hydrants from Schulte Supply in the amount of $8,941.59.
