SBLFCH achieves acute stroke-ready hospital status

Southern Baptist Leadership Foundation Community Hospital (SBLFCH) has announced its new status as an Acute Stroke-Ready Hospital. This designation indicates that the hospital now has a team of qualified medical professionals trained in stroke care available at all times. Additionally, SBLFCH has established transfer agreements with facilities offering comprehensive stroke services and can perform rapid testing to administer IV medications to eligible patients.

The hospital encourages the public to "spot a stroke, act FAST and call 911" in case of emergencies.
