Fine, Suspension or Revocation of Tobacco License of Ahuja Brothers Liquors Inc., DBA Midtown Liquors and Tobacco for violation of the City of Centralia Municipal Code, including, but not limited to, Chapter 12, § 12-8(a) by selling a tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product a person under the age of 21 years on November 29, 2024, thereby constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of the tobacco license or the levying of a fine pursuant to the Centralia Municipal Code, Chapter 11, § 11-198 of the City Code.
2. Fine, Suspension or Revocation of Tobacco License of Evermore Smoke Inc., DBA Vape Central for violation of the City of Centralia Municipal Code, including, but not limited to, Chapter 12, § 12-8(a) by selling a tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product a person under the age of 21 years on November 29, 2024, thereby constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of the tobacco license or the levying of a fine pursuant to the Centralia Municipal Code, Chapter 11, § 11-198 of the City Code.
3. Fine, Suspension or Revocation of Tobacco License of RKKRISHNA, INC., DBA Centralia Tobacco & Liquor for violation of the City of Centralia Municipal Code, including, but not limited to, Chapter 12, § 12-8(a) by selling a tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product a person under the age of 21 years on November 29, 2024, thereby constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of the tobacco license or the levying of a fine pursuant to the Centralia Municipal Code, Chapter 11, § 11-198 of the City Code.
4. Fine, Suspension or Revocation of Tobacco License of Centralia Smokeshop, Inc., DBA Smoke Zone for violation of the City of Centralia Municipal Code, including, but not limited to, Chapter 12, § 12-8(a) by selling a tobacco product, electronic cigarette, or alternative nicotine product a person under the age of 21 years and Chapter 11, § 11-196(a) by selling at retail, or offering for sale at retail any tobacco, cigarettes, cigars or other tobacco products within the city without a license as a retail tobacco dealer, on November 29, 2024, thereby constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of the tobacco license or the levying of a fine pursuant to the Centralia Municipal Code, Chapter 11, § 11-198 of the City Code.
