2. Non-Union Employee Time Sheets

Duncan passed out the timesheets. He discussed that the Animal Control administrators timesheets were in paper form. He had told the committee that had been his fault last month since he hadn't gotten her set up in the system due to the Election before, but she was set up now. He pointed out there were missing time periods in the paper sheets. He said he wasn't comfortable continuing to do paper timesheets as that has let to issues in the past and is more complicated, but she is a Board employee so if they were ok with her doing paper, they would just need to find someone else to handle it. The committee would reach out to her and say she needed to start using the electronic system as all other non-union Board hires have since 2018.

Motion by Kilduff, seconded by Barr to approve the non-union timesheets.

RESULT: APPROVED [UNANIMOUS]

SECONDER: Leann Barr, Member
