1. Motion to approve an oversize lake lot at A-16 for transfer, double fee applies.

2. Motion to approve bid of Gray Rock Company to replace the curb and gutter at 509 W 3rd St. with ARPA funds in the amount of $9,850.

3. Motion to purchase 6 commercial meters from Midwest Meter in the amount of $11,585 to be paid from the water meter replacement fund.

1. Motion to approve Buffs Tree Service to cut down the tree on East 5th in the amount of $2000 and Matt Hardy to cleanup in the amount of $1600.

1. Motion to approve changes to the Pool for the 2025 season.

2. Motion to allow Pana Parks Revitalization Committee to fully fund the replacement of the basketball court at Kitchell Park.
