How did Charles Landers spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Democratic Charles Landers's election campaign committee, Macoupin County Democrat Party, spent $1,872 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Landers's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($700) going to Carlinville Associates LLC, c/o Central Realty Associates LLC in St. Louis. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Landers's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
