The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Rodney L. Davis, Rodney for Congress, refunded $1,300 to Whalen Vancil on Aug. 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Rodney for Congress has refunded $25,173 total since March 1.
