The hospital was included among hospitals nationwide that earned 5-star ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for cleanliness. Additionally, it was recognized as a top hospital for nurse communication excellence.

These rankings are based on data from the latest CMS release using Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys. The HCAHPS survey collects feedback from patients across the United States about their hospital experiences, including how they rate facilities on cleanliness and how well nurses communicate with them.
